Remote Learning

Remote education is about ensuring children have access to the curriculum off site, supporting and enabling them to engage fully in their learning and achieve well despite not being in school.  We believe that a blended approach to learning is the best way to achieve this and the level of aspects within this will vary depending on whether the school is closed, partially open or open.  We aim to inspire learners to aspire to achieve their best wherever they are.

Children will need to have access to a laptop, tablet or phone to access their learning online.  Please let us know if this is something you need help with.  We have a limited number of devices we are able to loan out.  PlayStation and Xboxes can provide access to google classrooms and we have keyboards and mice we can also lend out if needed.

Accessing Remote Learning

The school uses Class Dojo for parents to communicate with teachers about learning and other classroom aspects.  Your class teacher will invite you to join this.

If you are a Carer and would like access to wider school messages on Class Dojo then please contact the office.

Google Classrooms is used for remote learning.
